aquili & alberg vertigo table Designed by Aquili & Alberg
The first project for Moroso by Laura Aquili and Ergian Alberg, both
graduates from the Milan Politecnico and the Delft University of
Technology.
A partnership born in the London studio of Zaha Hadid and which in 2006 saw
the setting-up of the Aquilialberg studio. Laura Aquili and Ergian Alberg
have designed the side table Vertigo for Moroso, the product of research
into the perception of movement applied to daily life.
The shape evolves in space in a continuous and measured alternation of the
surfaces. Inspired by Escher, it restores a new dynamic quality to the
image, constructing its form in an exchange of continuity between solids
and empty spaces, lightness and movement.
One-piece, molded polyurethane top and legs, white RAL 9003, red RAL 3003
or black RAL 9005.
