    Most of the items on this website are quite customizable. In most cases, the manufacturer does not make the product until we place the order with them. It is built to the required specifications, then shipped directly to the customer. This way, we can offer you the lowest prices since we avoid the overhead of keeping a large inventory. Also, you decrease your chances of receiving a product that has been damaged during shipping, since the product is shipped only once - directly from the manufacturer to you.

    In some cases, the manufacturer does keep a stock of its most popular items. These items are usually eligible for some type of rapid shipment. If you need your item ASAP, call us. We can help you find a rapid delivery option if one is available for the product you are interested in.
